What should I expect for the first clean?

The first clean will include an evaluation and consultation. The first clean will typically take longer and the timing depends on how long it has been since your home has received a deep cleaning. We do recommend a deep clean for your first one, but it is not necessary. We will do our best to address all your concern areas, but we may not be able to get to them all in one cleaning, if you choose not to book The Deepest Clean.

Do I have to be home during the cleaning?

No you do not! It is completely your choice whether you would like to be home during your appointment, but in a majority of cases, our insured cleaning professionals are provided with a spare key or an access code.

Are there any services you don’t offer?

We offer a wide range of home cleaning services, however we do not move furniture, dispose of an excessive amount of trash, wax/refinish floors, shampoo carpets, put away dishes, disassemble parts of your home, clean exterior windows or any cleaning that requires a ladder. We also cannot clean mold, biohazards, pet waste, insect and rodent problems.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No you do not! We are so happy to earn your business each time that we get to clean your home and we can offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleans- contract free.

Is a tip included in my quoted price?

Tips are not included in your price. Most clients do choose to tip their cleaning team with cash. However, if you would like to add a tip another way, just let us know and we can add that amount to your booking.

When do I pay?

A nonrefundable deposit of 20% of your total clean is due at booking and the rest of your payment is due the day of the cleaning.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that if you have to cancel or reschedule that you give us 48 hours notice or there will be fees.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Our client satisfaction is our top priority. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied please contact us within 24 hours and we can re-evaluate.

How do I get an estimate?

You can get an estimate by messaging us with information like your home’s square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, type of clean and any special requests.

How do you determine your rates?

We offer competitive pricing by constantly reviewing the local industry rates. We also calculate our prices based on the type of clean and the size of your home.

Do you bring the cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes! We will bring all the supplies and equipment that is needed to efficiently clean your home. If there is a specific product that you would like us to use, we just ask that you provide that.

Where is your office located?

We do not have a physical office, so all our bookings are made online or by phone or text.

Why do I need a cleaning service?

Having a cleaning service clean your home gives you more time to do the things that you actually enjoy. Let us help you have more time to relax by doing the job for you!

What locations do you service?

We are based in Clermont County, Ohio, and we service all the surrounding areas.

Are you a pet-friendly cleaning service?

Absolutely! If your pet is friendly and safe, we do not mind working around them. However, we do ask that you notify us ahead of time if there will be a pet present, for our safety and theirs. Most of our clients choose to keep their pets in a crate or in a separate room, while their home is being cleaned. This just allows us to have less distractions, offering you a more effective, quicker clean.

Do you clean chandeliers, ceiling fans or other high areas with a ladder?

Unfortunately we do not bring a ladder and cannot use one due to liability. Per request we can schedule a clean that could require a step stool.

Will you move our furniture?

No. We do not move furniture, but we will try to reach all the visible areas by hand or extensions when necessary.

Can I make any special requests?

Yes! Our packages and quotes can be personalized to your specific needs.

How can I share my experience with Neatly Nested Cleaning Services?

We would love to hear your reviews on our Facebook page, Yelp, and Google. If for some reason you were not totally satisfied with our service, we just ask that you discuss it with us first. Happy clients are our number one priority.
